Our development team is a team of very experienced real estate development, leasing and finance executives of Angelic Real Estate and its partners. Angelic has a national focus on innovative projects, and reputations for integrity, reach, and performance. Angelic and its principals have $7 billion of project and transaction experience around the country and internationally.

Our team’s depth of experience and contacts are a critical asset to making this project a success for us and the NASA Marshall Exchange/Redstone stakeholders. We recognize that success in this project will be measured in the value that this project brings to the daily lives of the workers at Redstone and the Marshall Space Flight Center, and their families and guests who join them on the base.

We have selected Cooper Carry of Atlanta, GA as our primary team architect. In the Huntsville area they are distinguished mostly for their award-winning design of the HudsonAlpha headquarters project and the Operon Biotechnologies building in the Cummings Research Park, and the in-progress new headquarters for Intergraph Corporation immediately west of the Redstone Arsenal. Cooper Carry also recently designed a NASA’s Langley Research Center Headquarters in Hampton, Virginia – a LEED-NC Platinum design project. Their retail experience spans the country and ranges from stand-alone stores to the SADI Award winning renovation and expansion of the iconic Houston Galleria Mall’s over one million square feet of space. We selected Cooper Carry for their decades of broad experience redefining spaces, how people shop, work, relax...and how those things and more all intertwine in the right project, in short what we intend to create at Redstone.

Our primary design/build and general contractor is Brasfield & Gorrie, based in Birmingham, Alabama and a prominent government and private sector general contractor. Brasfield is the primary contractor on the Redstone Gateway project at Gate 9 and is working on several other projetcs with Angelic Real Estate at this time as well elsewhere in the southeast.
